Mrs. Hart-Sanchez is the proud Executive Director of Integrity Charter School. She has been at Integrity since 2013 and is committed to serving the community by leading with her heart. Mrs. Hart-Sanchez has 25 years of experience in education spending most of her teaching career with the littles in Kindergarten. She has won Teacher of the Year, coached new teachers, and opened a new school in North Oakland amongst other experiences. Mrs. Hart-Sanchez started her teaching career in Oakland, CA. However, she was raised in South Bay San Diego and when she returned home; she looked for a school to call home that brought her back to her roots. National City was the perfect landing place and Integrity was the right fit.
Mrs. Hart-Sanchez is married (to the Deputy Fire Marshal in National City) and has two daughters, Milla (25) and Zoey (15). Milla graduated from UC Berkeley, taught Kinder for 2 years in Hawaii, and is now attending grad school at UCLA and Paris to get her master's in urban planning. Zoey is in high school, is a star lacrosse player, and President of ASB.
In her free time, Mrs. Hart-Sanchez enjoys exercise (Pilates, walking, hiking), cooking, filling her social calendar with friend and family events, trying new restaurants, listening to live music, going to San Diego Seals games (professional lacrosse team), watching Zoey play lacrosse, and cuddling her dog, Sedona.
Mrs. Hart-Sanchez believes in these two quotes when it comes to education: "Lead with Love" and "I believe one of our primary roles as educators is to interrupt the cycle of inequality and oppression. We can do this by teaching well and with our heart and soul."
La Sra. Hart-Sanchez es la orgullosa Directora Ejecutiva de la Escuela Charter Integrity. Ha estado en Integrity desde 2013 y está comprometida con el servicio a la comunidad, guiándose por su vocación. La Sra. Hart-Sanchez cuenta con 25 años de experiencia en educación, habiendo dedicado la mayor parte de su carrera docente a los más pequeños en kínder. Ha sido galardonada como Maestra del Año, ha capacitado a nuevos maestros y ha participado en la apertura de una nueva escuela en el norte de Oakland, entre otras experiencias. La Sra. Hart-Sanchez comenzó su carrera docente en Oakland, California. Sin embargo, creció en South Bay, San Diego, y al regresar a casa, buscó una escuela que la conectara con sus raíces. National City fue el lugar perfecto e Integrity la opción ideal.
La Sra. Hart-Sanchez está casada con el Subjefe de Bomberos de National City y tiene dos hijas, Milla (25) y Zoey (15). Milla se graduó de la UC Berkeley, enseñó preescolar durante dos años en Hawái y actualmente cursa estudios de posgrado en la UCLA y París para obtener su maestría en planificación urbana. Zoey está en la preparatoria, es una destacada jugadora de lacrosse y presidenta del consejo estudiantil.
En su tiempo libre, la Sra. Hart-Sanchez disfruta del ejercicio (Pilates, caminar, senderismo), cocinar, llenar su agenda social con eventos para amigos y familiares, probar nuevos restaurantes, escuchar música en vivo, asistir a los partidos de los San Diego Seals (equipo profesional de lacrosse), ver a Zoey jugar lacrosse y mimar a su perra, Sedona.
La Sra. Hart-Sanchez cree firmemente en estas dos frases sobre educación: "Liderar con amor" y "Creo que una de nuestras principales funciones como educadores es romper el ciclo de desigualdad y opresión. Podemos lograrlo enseñando bien y con el corazón y el alma".

Ms. Oliveros is honored to serve as the Principal of Integrity Charter School, a community she has proudly called home for more than 20 years. Having dedicated her career to serving the students and families of National City, she is excited to begin her 10th year at Integrity Charter School in this new leadership role.
Throughout her time at ICS, Ms. Oliveros has taught 5th, 7th, and 8th grade and has also served as an English Language Development (ELD) Instructional Coach, supporting teachers in strengthening instruction and improving student outcomes.
Ms. Oliveros earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Liberal Studies from San Diego State University. She continued her education at SDSU, earning her Bilingual Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, Master of Arts in Teaching Reading and Language Arts, and Administrative Services Credential. She is a lifelong learner who is committed to continuously growing alongside the educators she serves.
Outside of school, Ms. Oliveros enjoys spending quality time with her son, Sebastian. Together they stay busy with his many activities, including baseball, rock climbing, jiu-jitsu, swimming, and horseback riding. They also love exploring local coffee shops and discovering new sweet treats together.
Ms. Oliveros is deeply committed to building strong partnerships with students, families, and staff to create a school where every child feels valued, challenged, and supported. She believes that recognizing each student's unique strengths while providing equitable opportunities and individualized support empowers all learners to reach their fullest potential. For Ms. Oliveros, there is no greater reward than seeing former students grow into confident, compassionate, and successful members of the community (pictured above is Ms. Oliveros with one of her former 5th-grade Integrity Charter School students, who recently graduated from high school and will be attending UC San Diego).
La Sra. Oliveros se siente profundamente honrada de servir como Directora de Integrity Charter School, en una comunidad que ha llamado con orgullo su hogar durante más de dos décadas. Después de dedicar su carrera al servicio de los estudiantes y las familias de National City, comienza con gran ilusión su décimo año en Integrity Charter School.
Durante su trayectoria en Integrity Charter School (ICS), la Sra. Oliveros ha impartido clases en 5.º, 7.º y 8.º grado, y también se ha desempeñado como Entrenadora del Desarrollo del Idioma Inglés (ELD), brindando apoyo a los maestros para fortalecer la enseñanza y mejorar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes.
La Sra. Oliveros obtuvo su Licenciatura en Español y Estudios Liberales en la Universidad Estatal de San Diego (San Diego State University). Posteriormente, continuó sus estudios en la misma universidad, donde obtuvo su Credencial Bilingüe de Enseñanza para Educación Primaria (Multiple Subject Teaching Credential), una Maestría en Enseñanza de la Lectura y las Artes del Lenguaje, así como su Credencial de Servicios Administrativos. Como educadora, cree firmemente en el aprendizaje continuo y está comprometida con su crecimiento profesional para servir mejor a los estudiantes, las familias y el personal escolar.
Fuera de la escuela, la Sra. Oliveros disfruta pasar tiempo de calidad con su hijo, Sebastián. Juntos se mantienen muy activos participando en diversas actividades, como béisbol, escalada en roca, jiu-jitsu, natación y equitación. También disfrutan visitar cafeterías locales y descubrir nuevos postres.
La Sra. Oliveros está profundamente comprometida con fortalecer las alianzas entre los estudiantes, las familias y el personal escolar para construir una comunidad donde cada niño se sienta valorado, motivado y apoyado. Cree que reconocer las fortalezas únicas de cada estudiante, al mismo tiempo que brindarles oportunidades equitativas y apoyos individualizados, les permite desarrollar su máximo potencial. Para la Sra. Oliveros, no hay mayor satisfacción que ver a sus exalumnos convertirse en personas seguras de sí mismas, compasivas y exitosas. En la fotografía que aparece arriba Ms.Oliveros se encuentra con una de sus estudiantes de 5to grado, quien recientemente se graduó de la preparatoria y comenzará sus estudios en la Universidad de California en San Diego (UC San Diego).
