Mrs. Hart-Sanchez is the proud Executive Director of Integrity Charter School. She has been at Integrity since 2013 and is committed to serving the community by leading with her heart. Mrs. Hart-Sanchez has 25 years of experience in education spending most of her teaching career with the littles in Kindergarten. She has won Teacher of the Year, coached new teachers, and opened a new school in North Oakland amongst other experiences. Mrs. Hart-Sanchez started her teaching career in Oakland, CA. However, she was raised in South Bay San Diego and when she returned home; she looked for a school to call home that brought her back to her roots. National City was the perfect landing place and Integrity was the right fit. 

Mrs. Hart-Sanchez is married (to the Deputy Fire Marshal in National City) and has two daughters, Milla (25) and Zoey (15). Milla graduated from UC Berkeley, taught Kinder for 2 years in Hawaii, and is now attending grad school at UCLA and Paris to get her master's in urban planning. Zoey is in high school, is a star lacrosse player, and President of ASB. 

In her free time, Mrs. Hart-Sanchez enjoys exercise (Pilates, walking, hiking), cooking, filling her social calendar with friend and family events, trying new restaurants, listening to live music, going to San Diego Seals games (professional lacrosse team), watching Zoey play lacrosse, and cuddling her dog, Sedona. 

Mrs. Hart-Sanchez believes in these two quotes when it comes to education: "Lead with Love" and "I believe one of our primary roles as educators is to interrupt the cycle of inequality and oppression. We can do this by teaching well and with our heart and soul."

La Sra. Hart-Sanchez es la orgullosa Directora Ejecutiva de la Escuela Charter Integrity. Ha estado en Integrity desde 2013 y está comprometida con el servicio a la comunidad, guiándose por su vocación. La Sra. Hart-Sanchez cuenta con 25 años de experiencia en educación, habiendo dedicado la mayor parte de su carrera docente a los más pequeños en kínder. Ha sido galardonada como Maestra del Año, ha capacitado a nuevos maestros y ha participado en la apertura de una nueva escuela en el norte de Oakland, entre otras experiencias. La Sra. Hart-Sanchez comenzó su carrera docente en Oakland, California. Sin embargo, creció en South Bay, San Diego, y al regresar a casa, buscó una escuela que la conectara con sus raíces. National City fue el lugar perfecto e Integrity la opción ideal.

La Sra. Hart-Sanchez está casada con el Subjefe de Bomberos de National City y tiene dos hijas, Milla (25) y Zoey (15). Milla se graduó de la UC Berkeley, enseñó preescolar durante dos años en Hawái y actualmente cursa estudios de posgrado en la UCLA y París para obtener su maestría en planificación urbana. Zoey está en la preparatoria, es una destacada jugadora de lacrosse y presidenta del consejo estudiantil.

En su tiempo libre, la Sra. Hart-Sanchez disfruta del ejercicio (Pilates, caminar, senderismo), cocinar, llenar su agenda social con eventos para amigos y familiares, probar nuevos restaurantes, escuchar música en vivo, asistir a los partidos de los San Diego Seals (equipo profesional de lacrosse), ver a Zoey jugar lacrosse y mimar a su perra, Sedona.

La Sra. Hart-Sanchez cree firmemente en estas dos frases sobre educación: "Liderar con amor" y "Creo que una de nuestras principales funciones como educadores es romper el ciclo de desigualdad y opresión. Podemos lograrlo enseñando bien y con el corazón y el alma".
