Mrs. Alex Karawia

Mrs. Alex was born and raised here in beautiful San Diego. She recently graduated with her Associates degree in Elementary education and is taking next steps to obtain a dual license in multi-subject teaching and special education.  Mrs . Alex's career working with children started about 5 years ago at the Boys and Girls Club Bob Payne Branch, working as a youth group leader with the kindergarten age group. She is now working at ICS as a special education instructional aide grades 2nd through 8th and looks forward to helping the kids at ICS everyday.

A little about Mrs. Alex Karawia - 

When Mrs. Alex isn't at work, she is with her now husband , Steve and 2 fur babies, Yzma and Lilo. Mrs. Alex's hobbies are cooking, hiking  sourdough bread baking and  collecting Disney pins.
